Education & Training
Idris received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Biomedical and Electrical Engineering (Carleton University, 2010). He became interested in medical device design and signal processing during his undergraduate summer research experiences. This includes research with rheumatoid arthritis patients at Carleton University in 2008, as well as working on eye tracking machine at the University of Toronto in 2009.

Idris enjoys recreational sports, including tennis, basketball, soccer, and swimming.
