Education and Training:
Jillian received her Bachelors of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering at Queen’s University in 2007. She has had industry experience in the power generation and waste and recycling industries, and also gained valuable research experience in the biomedical sciences during a summer term at the University of Calgary.
Other Interests:
Jillian is an avid hockey and ultimate frisbee player. She also loves to travel and take part in outdoor adventure activities – she has recently returned from 6-months of travel in Southeast Asia, which included a thrilling trip to Mt. Everest base camp in Nepal!
